ShortList Recruitment are seeking a Test Strategy Manager to join a superb rapidly-growing business based in Wrexham.
The successful Test Strategy Manager will work on alongside the current Test Manager in defining and maintaining test strategy in a fast-paced environment.
The Test Strategy Manager will be tasked with defining and implementing test automation, and ensuring the existing test team are up-skilled to support new test framework. Experienced setting up automation frameworks from scratch would be highly desirable.
Essential skills for the Test Strategy Manager:
Experience designing and implementing a new test strategy
Test automation - Selenium
Extensive as a senior tester, test lead or test manager
Test reporting, defining and implementation
Strong knowledge of test tools and systems
SQL
Experience in the financial sector
The role of Test Strategy Manager is paying up to £55,000 (DOE) and comes with an excellent range of benefits including flexible working hours and some work from home if required.
