The Salesforce Business Support is responsible for supporting users of the Salesforce Platform. You'll also discover an inclusive culture and every opportunity for personal and professional development.  About the role In this role you will: Support all UK users on Salesforce Monitor and respond to UK Salesforce Support email and phone calls Log and monitor issues all UK Salesforce support issues. Resolve 1st line support calls Escalate 2nd line support calls to the Salesforce System Administrator Develop Salesforce knowledge Contribute to Salesforce changes and new functionality based on knowledge of how Salesforce is used within each UK team. Assist with testing Salesforce changes Collate and log requests for UK Salesforce enhancements Develop and support Salesforce reports for Business Operations and Marketing technical team Manage Starter, Transfer and Leaver process in regard to Salesforce users Impact assess and manage organisational changes that impact Salesforce users Request Salesforce operational changes (SLT and org changes) from HCL Salesforce support Develop and support Salesforce views as required Log technical support calls with HCL Analyse the daily exception reports to resolve the issues identified Log and monitor Platform data changes to Broker Admin About you The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Previous Salesforce user experience highly desirable Experience working in a Financial Services environment Degree or equivalent experience Benefits No matter what job you do you should feel valued and appreciated.  That's why we offer a competitive total reward package, which enables our employees to share in the success they help to create.
