C# Serverside multithreaded Developer - FX Orders - Investment Bank

Looking for a C# .NET server side developer to join the FX Order Management team within the FX e-Trading group. Strong skills in C# Linq multi-threading etc. Over the past few years our client has been rebuilding the order management system, both on the server-side and trader desktop, with a more flexible offering with which IT can better respond to the business's requirements.

The team is responsible for resting, complex and fixing orders for FX with commodities being added now.

There is also a lot to do technically - communications libraries, getting rid of legacy systems (C++) etc.

Responsibilities

Provide support for new and more complicated order types

Provide improved resiliency to the business

Integrate with new and existing clients and gateways

Enhance and expand the existing auto-execution capabilities

The ideal candidate should be a team player, delivery focused with good communication skills and able to understand and respond to the demands of working within an investment bank. They should be technically very competent, enjoying solving difficult problems and have experience controlling complexity in large-scale systems.
