Work Place IT Support Analyst - £25,000 - £30,000 + BenefitsWindows 10, Office 365 (O365) Hardware IMAC, VIP support, Network PatchingWorking for a well-known family founded organisation based in the heart of Mayfair we are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to be the 1st Point of call for users supporting all levels including VIP. You will providing day to day user support across Windows, Bespoke Application Audio/Visual and End user mobile devicesYou will be an articulate and well-presented both verbally & as an individual and will become part on an integral business unit that are well regarding as the face of IT and the future of the IT Business. This isn't a typical Service Desk position where you are chained to a chair.
You are encouraged to interact with the end users often face to face building pivotal business relationships as well as occasionally visiting other site from time to time throughout the year. Working hours3 weeks out of 4 -Day Shifts, Mon - Fri (Rotational between the team)08:00 - 16:0009:00 - 17:0009:30 - 17:30Once in every 4 weeks - Late Shift Inc. Saturday (No Sundays as covered by the on-call team) After 3 months14:00 - 22:00 Mon - Thu17:30 - 22:00 Fri17:00 - 21:00 Sat On-Call support - After 3 monthsSupporting business critical calls from 22:00 - 8:00am, 7 days per week. 1 week in 5.Approx. 5-10 calls per week, payment of £30 per call.
