Client & Digital Distribution Analyst

£35000 - £40000 per annum

To define and conduct analysis of company opportunities aligned to eTrading strategy in order to maximise the exposure, reach and conversion of opportunities to profitable eTrading premium. The role will be responsible for working closely with the wider distribution team and relevant Underwriters to analyse client management and eTrading data to build a landscape of potential partner targets, recommending key performance indicators going forward. The role will be required to identify additional client management needs, capturing that information and co-ordinating the continual adoption of the chosen client relationship management (CRM) tool.

Accountabilities:

* Mapping of the distribution landscape by product and region in order to support product prioritisation process.

* Supporting distribution team in determining broker strategy and engagement plans for each eTrading product and territory.

* Responsible for build out, maintenance and proactive adoption of CRM system

* Analysis of CRM system to identify opportunities to facilitate the creation of bespoke strategy and engagement plans.

* Communication of client engagement plans with e-tradings distribution team, programme manager and underwriting teams.

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills.

* Knowledge of Insurance: General Insurance, including Lloyds and UK Company Markets

* Experience of working with client relationship management systems - Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential

* An understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.

* Experience of working with internal stakeholders to deliver insights and analysis to achieve goals aligned to the corporate strategy.

* Good analytical skills with good business acumen.

* Experience of Microsoft SQL Server, Excel
