£26,000 - £35,000 + benefits + training

Stratford, London Are you looking to join an MSP priding themselves on high level technology and excellent service, offering lots of training on the newest tech and a friendly environment?This is a great time to join and work on escalations through to completion, receiving support from the Technical Director when needed. You'll be working on the latest Microsoft technology stacks and also being part of the increased uptake of Azure. The company have grown rapidly to around 30 staff and have excellent standards at the heart of everything they do. They are increasing the size of their team as they continue to grow so it's an exciting time to join and move towards 3rd line. This would suit someone looking to progress in their career, moving increasingly into 3rd line and more complex support. The idea is for you to be expert and progress into being completely autonomous in your role following ongoing training. The Role:

- Take on escalated jobs from 1st Line

- Follow jobs to completion with support from tech director when needed

- Work generally on a Microsoft stack- 365, exchange, active directory, networks, VPN, Azure, storage management, virtualisation (training provided where needed)

- Keep training in the most up to date technologyThe Person:

- Must have experience in MS Server, O365 or Exchange, DNS & DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, Network troubleshooting, VPN

- Looking to take more responsibility in senior technical role
