They are now looking for an Engineering Manager who will play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the company.

In this role you will manage a team of maintenance engineers, technicians and shift engineers. Within the team is a mix of abilities with varied length of service therefore you will be required to create an improvement culture and have strong leadership skills to create an effective, high performing maintenance team.

This would therefore ideally suit an Engineering Manager with strong people management skills who is looking to join a world class business where you will be instrumental for the success of the department.The Role:

Continental Shifts

Managing a team of skilled engineers

Training will be given, ongoing progression

£48,000 - £52,000 + Training + Progression + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits

The Person:Must have team leader or management experience

An engineer by trade

Must live local to Bristol
