Technical Support engineer (Solar Inverters)Milton Keynes£25'000-£37'000 + Overtime + Pension + Vehicle + Tools + Life assurance + Medical + holidayAre you a service engineer with Solar Invertor knowledge looking to come off the tools into an office based role?Do you want to work for a leading renewable energy company that with training and development you in a technical expert?This international renewable energy company specialise in the design, manufacture and service of solar inverters that are supplied across the UK.In this role your role will be 70% office based and 30% service based. When in the office you will be dealing with customer email queries, warranty claims, over the phone support to customer and service engineers. When service based you will cover a localised patch carrying out service and maintenance on Solar inverters.The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified and are confident and competent in the service and breakdown maintenance of solar inverters.This is a great role for an engineer with solar experience to join a leading company that look after all there staff and give opportunities tom progress abroad.The role:*70% Office based 30% site based .*Technical support to customer and other service engineers.*Dealing with warranty claims and dealing with customer queries.*Training provided.*Overtime provided.The person:*Hold electrical qualifications.*Have a background in Solar maintenance and commissioning.*Candidates must be competent and confident with Solar inverters.The services of Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are that of an Employment Agency.
