Role & Responsibilities:Be responsible for overall Incident ManagementChange ManagementProblem ManagementWork within a dedicated on-site support teamSupport an extensive Windows and Cisco server environmentSupport Window Server 2003/2008/2012/2016Monitor services using Uptime environment management toolsetImplement changes to the existing environment and implement new servicesWork within a defined SLA and proactively manage the team ticket queueWork with other 3rd parties to collectively support the same customerDocument existing and new service environmentsExperience needed:MST WinOS server W2003, W2008, W2012, W2016.HP/Cisco Server infrastructureCitrix XenServer environmentMST High Performance computing environmentsVBlock VM Hosting infrastructureESXi / VMware VM servicesActive DirectoryDNS, DHCP, WINSInterested?
