With a strong order book and lots of project work on the horizon, they are looking for an Engineering manager to join the business and play a pivotal role in ensuring the business operates at full capacity.In this role you will lead and mentor a developing maintenance team, while also conducting maintenance tasks when required. You will implement and drive a PPM schedule, cover breakdowns, while also ensuring new engineering projects are completed successfully.This is a fantastic opportunity to have full autonomy of growing an engineering team and department, playing a vital role in the future successes of the business, while receiving an excellent annual salary and career progression opportunities.The role:
