They are now looking to take on a Maintenance Manager to help support their growing team.In this role the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, responding to breakdowns and scheduling planned maintenance. You will be tasked with increasing cooperation between the production and engineering departments to ensure operation is as efficient as possible. Working with other departments, looking at reliability, maintenance schedules and lean improvements you will aim to reduce downtime and increasing overall output. The role will also require you to oversee health and safety, continuous improvements and 1 on 1 mentoring or staff. You will form part of the senior management team and be heavily involved in driving the on going success of the business.This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer who has progressed through the ranks looking to join a large, well established company offering an autonomous role and a long and stable career.THE ROLE:

*Days based, Monday - Friday role
