Through internal movements they are looking for a IT Support & Maintenance Manager to lead their busy team.In this role you will manage the maintenance team to ensure that the SLAs are being met in accordance with the business needs. You will also provide support and escalation to any issue that needs resolving within the system.The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a services desk and managing IT Maintenance staff. IPECS and networking experience is a necessity.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading business going through an exciting growth spurt where they can offer you the autonomy to lead a busy team and progress from within.The role:

*Act as an escalation point for the maintenance enquiries, able to mentor and train if there are any skill gaps.

*Design and delivery of KPI's within the team.

*Supporting and supervising maintenance team.

*Recruitment, mentoring, training and assessing performance using internal processes and systems.

*Assessing and amending policies and procedures, pro-active in making improvements.

*Daily allocation and monitoring of maintenance tickets to ensure SLAs are met.

*Carrying out 1-2-1s to ensure KPI are being achieved.The person:

*IPECS - This skill is an essential requirement.

*Unify, horizon knowledge.

*A background in PABX or PBX is also essential.

*IT competence in networking and programme routers.

*Experience of Telephone System installation and Maintenance, covering LG Ericsson Ipecs and Siemens systems.
