Network Analyst

We are currently supporting a client based in Coventry who require a network analyst to join the infrastructure team and support all network/VOIP related issues. You would join a team of infrastructure/server engineers and be the initial contact for all network related issues, ideally you will resolve or proactively look for a solution but will have the support of the team around when more complex issues arise. The role will include you supporting the Network/Infra/Server Engineer's and Infrastructure Manager to primarily be responsible for and remotely looking into, troubleshooting, supporting, monitoring and resolving operational issues within the network/VOIP environment. Duties:Networking support - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, DNS, VOIP; trouble shooting, configuration, and supportSupporting Network/Infrastructure Engineer's with network related issues/ticketsFirewall - support and configurationIdeal qualification: CCNAInterviews and start would be ASAP, 1 week notice will be considered.
