This role will be responsible for understanding, designing, building and implementing a digital roadmap fir for the future. You will be apart of the digital journey the organisation is embarking on.Client DetailsA professional body with more an 100 years experience within the market who are going through a large scale digital transformationDescriptionSolutions Architect - DigitalUnderstanding, validating and developing the overall high-level architecture of digital and technology systems, applications and platforms strategy and design.

Validating early architecture frameworks, extending existing technical thinking and feeding in technical requirements into platform choices and ensuring that our decision making is technically robust and future proofed.

Provide a deep understanding of digital and technology systems, platforms and infrastructure; integration and operating model and how the systems and applications provide business services both now and in the future.

Responsible for creating specifications such as interface designs, architecture diagrams, applications, and network and security systems.

Assess the financial impact of the organisations architecture and create cost effective solutions to meet future strategic objectives with design, implementation, transformation and change

Ensure adequate testing requirements are in place during the design and implementation of new digital and technology systems, applications and platforms.

Providing a digital and technology perspective into requirements for RFIs /RFPs and business case documents. Including the evaluation of supplier and vendor responses.

Working with a technical area of digital and technology to help specify optimum system, applications and platform requirements.

Understanding and contributing to the overall data planning and data flows, including technical integration with (other) systems, applications and platforms.

Developing digital and technology use cases (user stories) and collaborating with product managers, business product owners, partners, and suppliers/vendors.
