Due to huge growth they are looking to add a Software Test & Maintenance Engineer to join their bust team.In this role you will join a small team managing and running the software support helpdesk alongside the Software Support Manager as you are the "go-to" for software bugs, issues and changes raised by clients, managing and updating tickets.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an IT Support role managing tickets and dealing with clients' technical issues. Experience in hands-on manual testing of web based software systems as well as having software development experience is highly beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that will offer amazing progression pathways in a highly varied and interesting position where the company will put a huge emphasis on your technical advancement.The role:

*Managing the helpdesk and support for clients / updated tickets

*Supporting all client issues

*Basic and advanced troubleshooting

*Speaking with clients and managing their expectations

*QA and Testing of software

*Plenty of in-house training and continued professional development

*Flexible working hoursThe person:

*Able to manage a software support help desk or IT support experience

*Experienced in hands-on manual testing of web-based software systems

*Ideally from a software development background

*Happy to speak with clients regularly
