Lead Penetration Tester / Manager (CREST CCT Cyber Security). Technology-driven company at the cutting edge of information security is seeking an accomplished Penetration Tester to work alongside the most senior individuals in the organisation, to deliver the highest standard of technical penetration testing and consultancy to their prestigious client base.

As a Lead Penetration Tester you will lead technical development through service advancement or research, to contribute to company technical processes overall. By demonstrating the highest levels of technical competence and professionalism, you will be a critical point of reference for internal teams and will have the opportunity to provide training and mentoring to other consultants on projects in internal training courses.

The ideal candidate will possess the leadership qualities to rise to complex technical challenges, with a meticulous approach to penetration testing, ensuring the highest standards of technical penetration is being met. Requirements:

You are an accomplished Penetration Tester and have good commercial experience in a relevant role

You are proficient at writing technical documentation and relaying complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences

You have CREST, CCT or CHECK team lead certificate

You are a confident, self-assured communicator, keen to step into leadership role when needed
