Digital Product Owner - Hospitality - West Midlands The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for maximising the value of the features created within our scrum development teams, the role works within an agile methodology, and you will work across various disciples including business strategy, market analysis, customer liaison, and project management.Client DetailsA renowned hospitality PLC based in the West Midlands.Description* Defining features in line with the digital strategy and product roadmaps

* Tracking industry developments and identifying innovation opportunities for your product(s) whilst assisting the Product Manager to measure value and impact

* Defining user stories with Business Analysts and User Experience experts to create features and functionality that delight our guests

* Playing a key role in sprint ceremonies to include; stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning and sprint retrospectives

* Facilitating market research and focus groups to gain insight into guest requirements and needsProfileEssential:* Experience of working within an Agile environment and managing IT sprint teams

* Commercially astute with an ability to understand how the development of digital technologies can be used to derive business benefit

* Strong Relationship Management skills across suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
