Sales Development Manager Role on offer where you will play a crucial role in developing new revenue streams and providing direction to a growing team.Have you played a key part in leading sales teams in the past? Are you looking for a development position where you can directly influence the success of a growing business through both new and existing client relationships?The company work mainly within the retail sector; working to specifications from a number of well-recognised brands, creating installations for a wide range of occasions and advertising campaigns. Due to a successful 2019, they are expanding out their customer base and are looking for a Sales Development Manager to help them realise this.In the role you will be developing partnerships with new customers, as well as helping to expand existing relationships within these retail Sectors. You'll be responsible for taking customer briefs, understanding their goals and objectives and fully communicating these to the design team. As well as a focus on client development, you will also work alongside the engineering team to champion new product development.The company have an excellent track record of developing their staff through ongoing training and internal progression. They are dedicated to help their staff achieve as much as they can to achieve your career goals.The ideal candidate will have come from a Sales or Development background within an engineering discipline, now looking to take the next step and play a key role in the future growth of a successful company with big plans for 2020

The Role:

*Sales Development Manager

*£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + ProgressionThe Person:

*Sales experience within a Manufacturing Sector
