As one of the most established E-commerce companies in the beauty space, they are continuing to grow at a rapid pace.Job descriptionIn this Business Intelligence Analyst job, you will be reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis manager, playing a central role in supporting the company's business intelligence function. The company have accumulated a wealth of customer and operational data, which requires centralising and structuring in order to better inform their business strategy. You'll need to have SQL skills and a good knowledge of Power BI - as you will be responsible for managing, analysing and reporting on large data sets, and ultimately influencing the direction of the business with your insights.Key responsibilitiesIn this Business Intelligence Analyst job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Producing daily margin reports on Excel'€¢Creating monthly financial reports on Power BI'€¢Constructing powerful and timely business dashboards for management'€¢Dealing with revenue, cost and profitability data'€¢Refining raw data and dealing with shipping invoices'€¢Managing the reporting engine and improving efficacy'€¢Producing forecasting analyses to help streamline processes'€¢Liaising with various teams to collect data'€¢Using Google Analytics to identify key patterns in data

Job requirements

'€¢At least 2 years of commercial data analysis / business intelligence experience'€¢Evidence of data visualisation experience, particularly Power BI (desktop and server)'€¢A minimum of a 2.1 degree from university'€¢Thorough, working knowledge of databases and advanced SQL skills'€¢Sophisticated use of DAX'€¢An Excel whizz with experience compiling reports and models from various sources'€¢The ability to draw and present qualitative conclusions from quantitative data'€¢An interest in retail with an understanding of e-commerce'€¢Flexibility within a dynamic and fast-growing business
