This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business who for many years have been creating mission critical communications solutions for public safety, transportation, utilities, natural resources, healthcare, and academic institutions.
As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers, partners, resellers, and the Clients sales team on their products.

As the Technical Support Engineer, you should also be able to perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or onsite. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with high level of initiative and self-motivation is key.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must have the willingness and ability to travel internationally/ and or domestically as required as part of the Technical Support Engineer duties.
Participate in a 24/7365 "On Call" support programme, providing around the clock support will be required.
