This is a very exciting opportunity to join one of the worlds leading law firms who are currently experiencing a strong period of growth within their IT division. In this role, you will form a fundamental part of the IT infrastructure process, taking on responsibility of daily operational needs as well as striving to advance the technical direction of the business, both from a resource and productivity perspective.The roles main responsibilities are as follows:Third Line escalation point for all issues, problems and changes for the SfB platform.Work with all teams to resolve issue and improve the overall SfB service.Ensure Documentation of existing and new infrastructure remains updated and consistent.Work within the collaboration team to support other key platforms including MS Exchange, and Blackberry UEM.Ensure that all processes and protocols are observed in the running of the environment including security standards.The requirements for this role are as follows:In depth understanding of Skype For Business, Office 365, Unified communications.Capabilities and experience on configuring Session Border Controllers.3 years' experience supporting an enterprise Skype VOIP enterprise environment.Excellent Customer Service.Experience of driving internal technical change.Proven analytical and problem solving skills.If you would be interested in applying for this position, please hit 'Apply' or send your CV .
