The role itself involves managing the sales and marketing department. You will have the support of an experienced and extremely professional senior management team while being able to put your own stamp on an already successful operation. Some duties include managing the sales team, coaching/training where required, performance management, create/develop support systems and develop the overall sales and marketing strategy.
