Salesforce Project Manager (m/f) ZurichFor my client in Zurich I am currently looking for a Salesforce Manager (m/f). The Role:Responsibility for new functional features and the continuous optimization of Salesforce.comOperating as a communication channel to all relevant business and IT stakeholdersResponsibility for strategic projects in different national and international locationsProjects like worldwide RollOuts, Administration, customization, migration and 3rd level supportCreating training conceptsResponsibility for the coordination of all CRM solutions (such as updates and releases, conceptualization and optimization of training concepts as well as the support in specifications in global working environment)Running analyses and reports in order to track project progress and KPI's Your Profile:University degree in Informatics or Economics or similar educationSolid knowledge of Force.com platform (Classic as well as Lightning)Extensive experience with project management methods like SCRUM and Prince2You bring relevant work or project experience in roll-outs, IT-Consulting or as an Inhouse ConsultantAbility to capture abstract business requirementsSalesforce Certifications advantageousDistinct previous Salesforce Implementations experienceExcellent spoken and written English, German advantageous If this advert has awoken your interest then please do not hesitate to send your CV to [email protected]
