IT Security Analyst

Central London - 6 Month Contract

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of two well-established IT Security Analyst's to act as a true SME in terms of IT Security Operations (from vulnerability management to security monitoring and security alert/incident response activities).

Candidates must have technical experience performing Security Reviews, Qualys Vulnerability Scanning and Qualys Policy Compliance Scanning. The ideal candidate may also have Splunk experience.

Whilst this is an initial six month contract, it is very common for contractors to remain on site for 12-36 months, therefore it is very likely this contract will extend well beyond the initial six months. We receive extremely good feedback from the many individuals onsite here.

Skills & Experience Required

-Performing Security Reviews on Projects

-Qualys Vulnerability Scanning

-Qualys Policy Compliance Scanning

-Security Operations (Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Alert/Incident Response)

-Experience of Cyber Security Frameworks (FFIEC, COBIT, NIST, etc.)

-Experience of Cybersecurity Review Process

-Ideally Splunk Usage for detection/investigation of misuse or incidents

-Ideally CISSP (or equivalent) Qualified
