Assistant Marketing Manager - LONDON - £175-£225 - 1 month+Assistant Marketing Manager - LONDON - £175-£225 - 1 month+ The work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 4 weeks contract.The pay rate on offer is between £175 - £225 per day.The role is working for a well-established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.Key accountabilities of the role include:Support the development of Clothing & Home cross-category / category propositions and marketing. Working closely with Marketing Managers and business areas to ensure propositions and activities deliver against Clothing & Home commercial objectives.Support in the delivery and coordination of inspiring propositions and briefs from end to end, across all customer channels against clear budgets, customer targets and commercial objectives

Assist on marketing shoots, being the representative for the brand and product expert

Ensure adherence to the cross-category / category sub brand positioning guidelines across all channels.Work closely with the VM team, to develop world class, joined up customer experiences in-store, with a focus on ensuring in-store décor and VM work seamlessly together.Work closely with the .com & performance marketing teams to develop the customer journeys on .com and online marketing plansSupport in the development of PIR and recommendations for future activitySupport on budget managementSupport business area/proposition commercial rhythm and routine and takes appropriate action to respond to market conditions and deliver commercial objectivesKPIsSupport in driving positive C&H SalesDrive customer frequencyBrand values (quality, style and value)Key skills and experienceRetail background highly preferredMarketing development and deliveryStrong stakeholder managementEffective influencing skillsPerformance reporting and analyticalBudget management experience
