Our perfect Software Engineer Team Leader will: Have experience of managing teams, building relationships and acting as a role model Be a leader and clear communicator who can inspire others and bring projects to life with their passion and imagination Have experience of managing the daily flow of project delivery and quality within a SDLC Be skilled in problem-solving, resource planning and meeting deadlines Be resilient, calm and methodical in high pressure situations and able to multi-task, prioritise and make decisions Be an active and enthusiastic team player and a leader for product delivery Have a Computer Science degree or equivalent qualification/experienceThe offering This is your chance to build a belter of a career right here in Newcastle.
