ERP Implementation Project Manager who has excellent team management and leadership skills with experience managing medium to large size multinational projects is required for a well-established Company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an ERP Implementation Project Manager who has excellent team management and leadership skills with experience managing medium to large size multinational projects

Working as the ERP Implementation Project Manager you will have the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with good knowledge of supply chains and sales processes and ideally experience of IFS Version 9 / 10 preferred.

As the ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders and will manage the implementation of IFS across the Group of Companies. You will be responsible for gathering and reviewing the requirements from various stakeholders and reviewing current processes/standards implemented to ensure they are aligned across the Group.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the ERP Implementation Project Manager:

Stakeholder management, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Keeping projects on time, within scope and within budget

Clear, effective communication running productive meetings

Communicating regularly to the business and key stakeholders

Manage the implementation of IFS across the Group of companies

Review and re-agree the implementation plan for the Group with key stakeholders

Gather and review the requirements from various stakeholders across the Group and review current processes/standards implemented to ensure they are aligned across the Group where possible

Lead/review key business processes to ensure the functionality of the ERP is being made best use of

Create a plan to determine how the businesses will handle user and system issues after implementation

Review the legacy system phase-out approach

Determine a multi-site training schedule/strategy making use of ClickLearn

Review new proposals and capture any scope creep/change orders as needed (feedback to stakeholders)

Post implementation, provide ongoing support for all employees in all areas of the business

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record leading multinational implementation projects

Experience of IFS Version 9 / 10 preferred

Commercially aware

Experience working on various medium/large size projects

Agile project management skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

Good knowledge of supply chain/CRM/sales processes

Ability to communicate with various demanding stakeholders

Excellent stakeholder management skills, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience having delivered a project to completion, on time and within budget

Good written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, proactive and takes ownership

Excellent organisation skills - planning/organised and efficient

To be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities/deadlines

Full driving licence and have the flexibility to travel
