Salesforce Technical Lead - Enterprise-level Energy Company - Warwickshire - £75,000 + benefitsA widely renowned energy company in Warwickshire are looking for a Technical Salesforce Development Manager to join their established Salesforce Product Development team and play a key role in delivering innovative products to their global client-base. The Company-Product-based company with an excellent reputation in the Salesforce Ecosystem-Relaxed company culture with autonomous working environment and encouragement to explore new territory in Salesforce-Working within the product development team alongside some of the most experienced Software Developers in Europe, delivering global solutions-One of the largest Salesforce users in both nationally and globally-Fantastic benefits package on top of a great salary for the Midlands market Key Responsibilities-Play a key role in the technical roadmap on multiple different global projects, focusing on an Agile way of working -Development of Apex & Visualforce in Lightning on Service Cloud to integrate core products with Salesforce-Hands on configuration- Custom Objects, Validation Rules etc-Manage the development team to ensure that business requirements are being met-Liaise with key stakeholders and business owners to gather specific requirements and act as the bridge between the technical and non-technical side of the business Key Requirements-Strong experience in development on the Force.com platform- experience with other technologies is highly desirable-Experience in a Senior Developer/Technical Lead position -Salesforce Developer Certification beneficial -Deep understanding of Sales or Service Cloud and their capabilities-Experience writing clean and readable Apex code and Lightning components This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest Salesforce users.
