Job Description Overall Skills Hands on Appian SAIL development, records and sites experience a mustGood knowledge of the product including BPM fundamentals such as architectural components, technical features (designer features), configurations, UI options, and deployment in AppianExtensive experience in design and development in Appian BPM including tempo, mobile features, forums, sites, SAIL, plugin development, smart services, reports, and deploymentExpertise in business integrations Web services and REST, deployment and task management using Appian 16.X versionsExperience developing Appian smart services and pluginsExperience with database designs especially PostgreSQL and MySQLExpertise in implementing BPM solutions for case management and process simplification using BPMWell versed in Javascript frameworks like Jquery, Angular, Bootstrap, etc is a Big PlusWorking experience with offshore, offsite and vendor teamsWillingness to work some evenings and weekends in support of deploymentsStrong oral and written communication skillsTeam leading and colleague mentoring skillsAbility to interact with various departments (both IT and Business) to successfully collect needed information to complete analysis and design effortsAbility to think and plan long term but execute to short-term goalsFunctional Expertise Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development processUnderstands large-scale system implementation processes and methods.Proficient with technology-based tools and processesCommitted to continuous learning and developmentCustomer service orientationExperience and Skills 8+ years in enterprise application development and integration including providing architectural solutions, design, development, support, and maintenance using AppianHands on Appian SAIL development, records and sites experience a mustGood knowledge of the product including BPM fundamentals such as architectural components, technical features (designer features), configurations, UI options, and deployment in AppianExtensive experience in design and development in Appian BPM including tempo, mobile features, forums, sites, SAIL, plugin development, smart services, reports, and deploymentExperience developing Appian smart services and pluginsPlease submit CVs today!
