ICT Technician/School IT Support/1st / 2nd Line Support Technician / IT Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Service Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Technician / Support Technician / Technical Support / IT Support / IT Systems Engineer / IT Systems Support /
ICT Support Technician required for initial 3 month contract based in a school in Guildford.The chosen candidate will be providing IT support to internal users as well as managing user accounts
Duties:
* 1st/2nd Line Troubleshooting
* Setting up and building of new devices (predominantly Windows)
* Installation of Hardware and Software
* User account management
* Administration of general IT activities, including documentation
Key requirements:
* Windows 10
* Active Directory
* Apple - Mac/Mobile Devices
* Networking Basics - TCP/IP
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
