Project Manager / Business Analyst / Hybrid / Operations / Reporting / North London / Permanent / 25-30k

My client, a leading automotive finance provider, are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised candidate to work in their North London based office on a permanent basis. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for a Project Manager to assist with reporting, more general operational improvement and project management across various departments (finance, IT, Sales etc.).

This is a busy role for a talented individual who is looking to gain experience in managing effective projects, is enthusiastic to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and is passionate about improving organisational processes. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the world of financial services and really will be an interesting and varied position.

Responsibilities include

oProcess analysis and improvement

oWriting system enhancement designs and specifications

oConduct monthly, weekly and ad-hoc analysis reports in Excel and Salesforce

oAllocating tasks internally and monitoring performance against deadlines

oPresenting and consolidating project status reports and presentations

oManaging multiple tasks across operational projects

oConduct and review data input and customer documentation checks.

Candidate Requirements

oExcellent organisational skills

oStrong attention to detail

oSelf-starter/can do attitude

oProven problem solving skills

oBe able to prioritise workloads

oExcellent written and verbal communication

oExpert ability with MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

oPrior project management or similar business improvement experience would be ideal.
