We currently require the servies of a Technical Support Analyst to work for a well respected client based in Milton Keynes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Essential): 
 CCNA, CCNP, SQL, Oracle.MCAfee EPO, IGEL UMS.Knowledge of network concepts and technology.Abilities Desirable but not Essential:
  Experience with LANDesk service desk system
Responsibilities:
 Monitoring of support calls logged for the operations department, including assigning to the relevant analyst.Provide technical support for the Thin Client environment.Barcode scanners support.Citrix XenApp environment supportAirwatch AdministrationDigital Tachograph Hotel environment supportCollate and work with a 3rd party supplier to collect any asset disposals on a regular basis.Hardware support - PC, Mobile Phones, Tablets, printers, Laptops.Software Support - Windows 7, 8, 8.1,10  Server 2008,2012, 2013 as well as MS Office, Active Directory, LANDesk, XenApp,  IGEL UMS, OSX.
