Description This role sits within the department Global Functions Sites SOM, which is part of the line of business GF SOM (Global Functions Services & Operations Management) and GF SOM is part of ITSO (IT Services and Operations), so this condenses down to ITSO GF Sites SOM.GF SOM has single-point accountability for the delivery of IT Services and Operations (ITSO) to the Global Functions business; in other words, we ensure "IT Just Works." Global Functions businesses include Finance, Human Resources, IT for IT, Communications, Legal, Real Estate, Compliance, Corporate Security, Investor Relations and Government Relations.In the context of this role, GF Sites SOM has as of late become accountable for the delivery of the (AV) Audio/Visual service that spans across the enterprise.There are currently many projects in-flight relating to AV, from transitioning ownership of accountability from the Shell Real Estate business to ITSO GF SOM, to replacing legacy AV solutions to meet newly defined standards, and the large enterprise-wide implementation of an AV Enterprise Service Model (ESM) that will define how AV is operated across the enterprise.There are other concurrent initiatives running in the Shell Real Estate Business under which the most predominant one being the Real Estate Experience Program (REEP) which typically has an impact on AV and IT Infrastructure - all in the GF Sites SOM's remit. REEP focuses on 4 experiences that touch employees across all locations. They are Meeting Experience, Workplace, Services and Visitor Experience.This role will fall under the GF Sites SOM team and is focused on interfacing between the various AV related projects and the operational teams within GF SOM, comprised of the Operate Landscape Managers (OLMs). The "Service Integration Manager AV" reports to the SOM Manager and is responsible for ensuring the connection between all AV related programmes, alignment between projects and GF Sites SOM OLM's, and landing the Enterprise Service Model in the SOM organization enabling the GF SOM OLM's to operate the AV service. The role will also be required for any new projects that commence.A key group of people this role interfaces with are the OLMs who are responsible predominantly for the (site level) IT infrastructure services and solutions provided by our outsourced suppliers. Historically that remit covered only those sites at which Global Functions is the Predominant Legal Entity (PLE), however since AV is now also in scope, this remit exceeds the Global Functions entity and also has touch points with the other business SOM's such as Projects & Technology (P&T SOM), Upstream (UP SOM), Downstream SOM (DS SOM).Essentially, the Service Integration Manager AV will be the interface between the AV projects and the operational team consisting of OLMs, and also other stakeholder groups that are involved in the AV Service.Job Scope Act as the key interface between the GF SOM OLM's and projects, Business such as Real Estate, Finance and, et IT and ITSO teamsThe Service Integration Manager AV will also serve to provide dedicated S&TM support to the AV projects and will receive functional support from the dedicated S&TM Lead / Team. This process is the vehicle to ensure handover to operations is successful.The Service Integration Manager AV also interfaces with the AV Portfolio (AVCoE) that sits in IPPD. This organisation is the driver of all AV projects.The Service Integration Manager AV is part of the AV natural team and acts as a connector to ensure the AV Operations domain is well represented. The role should contribute and ensure alignment to GF SOM's modus operandi, and challenge/escalate where needed.The Service Integration Manager AV will face off to multiple projects & programmes and:o Work with the ESM (Enterprise Service Model) project and understand the deliverables and goals of each of the workstreamo Act as a focal point for the AV Remediation project supporting the Sites SOM Managero Have an awareness of all AV related projects and deliverables and ensuring that GF SOM is consulted and represented in decision making.Besides the projects above, but also related to projects, the Service Integration Manager AV should:o Keep a finger on the pulse of all other projects relating to AV to ensure blockers are addressed, and relevant information is shared with operational teams.o Support the et Sites SOM manager with new projects that are starting, and to ensure there is alignment between the AV Service Manager and Service Owner.o Connect with IPPD Project organisation to understand what is in the pipeline for AV delivery, including REOCIT. Ensure the REOCIT projects are following delivery guidelines for handover to support following agreed handover checklistso Have regular connects with the Real Estate Business Interface and Delivery organisation to understand what the Real Estate business is planning and translate this into impact and share with OLMs when there is an impact on AVDriving operational excellence for the already operational areas of AV. Especially observe AV OLMs ways of working (in each region, with different projects) with "external" perspective and intervene if lack of alignment or lack of effectiveness is observed. Gather feedback from OLMs on AV Service operations and feedback to projects to ensure delivery is in line with operational requirements.Keep documents such as handover checklists evergreen, collecting feedback, updating and communicating changes, so all project management entities are fully up to date and delivering against the latest agreements.Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of working experience related to AVThe candidate should know the Agile delivery framework and the value-driven approach that enables projects to deliver high-priority, high-quality work based on delivering requirements iteratively and incrementally throughout the project life cycle.Business Analysis should be a skillKnowledge of Business Change ManagementKnowledge of Information Risk ManagementSkill and experience in IT Service ManagementShould have knowledge of Integration SolutionsSkilled in User Experience (UX/UI)Challenges There are many parts of the organisation that work and are involved with AV starting with ourselves who are accountable for the service.
