Senior Project ManagerLondon | up to £80,000| ContractorEstablished over 40 years, this family run contractor is currently the Principal Contractor on a large residential and hotel project in central London and urgently need a Senior Project Manager who is experienced enough to be the Project Lead on site.The projectLarge Residential & Hotel Central LondonStructural work underway£40m worth of build left to complete2 years left to completionWorking closely with the end client and overseeing the teams on their behalfReporting back to the end clientOverseeing health & safety and liaising with CDM on siteThey are looking for a candidate who has main contractor experience and a civil engineers or structural engineering background.
