Business Readiness & Service Transition Lead (ERP)

Fixed Term Contract until June 2021Our client based in Liverpool are searching for an ERP Business Readiness & Service Transition Lead.Job Purpose:The organisation is implementing a new ERP solution so they require a Business Readiness and Service Transition Lead to guarantee a seamless transition from its current operating model to the agreed target operating model with minimum input and disruption to business critical services.The successful candidate will ensure that the business as usual (BAU) functions are prepared at each phase of the 'go-live' for the launch of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Duty Management System (DMS). They will work with senior stakeholders to document and plan business change and associated service transition activities.Skills & Experience:A relevant degree or at least 3 years' experience in an organisation-wide transition implementation role.Proven knowledge and experience of implementing major change projects / programmes.Experience of creating and executing project work plans, including scope and migration.Very strong people management skills, and the ability to engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and remove barriers to change.Ability and proven track record to lead, motivate and inspire a team of professionals to deliver organisation wide change in complex organisations.
