My client is urgently recruiting for an EUC Admin to help assist on a 6 month intial project in Hertfordshire.

The End user administrator will provide a single point of contact for all Employees (end users), to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required).

For the role you may be required to apply for Security Clearance to SC level after joining. A full and clean driving license is also required with a view of occasional travel.

You must have 1st line experience in proving IT service for users in the following

*Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.

*Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.

*Software and Hardware Troubleshooting

*Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10

*Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 support

*TCP/IP

Desirable

*Routers, switches and firewall experience

*Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade project experience

*Windows 10 new build project experience

*Microsoft Desktop Support Technician an advantage (MCDST)
