A leading telecommunications client based in Leicester currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager on a salary of £40k. The candidate will be anticipated to create standard template documentation as well as Project initiation, change control, communication management, project logs and risk and issue registers.

Main responsibilities:

*Assisting with the description of project scopes/objectives which will include the relevant stakeholders as well as making sure deliverables and timelines are understood

*Maintaining/creating project plans inclusive project plans and documentation as well as ensuring stakeholders are in agreement at project initiation stage.

*Ensuring projects are within budget and delivered on time

*Developing a through project plan which will enable to track/monitor progress

*Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, and ensure all parties are fully aware of all project adjustments

*Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

*Report and escalate to management as needed, especially where changes impact timescales or costs

*Implement risk management which will enable projects risks to reduce

*Track project performance, specifically to monitor and communicate the successful completion of short and long-term goals

*Being able to meet financial objectives as well as making adjustments toward project limitations founded on financial implications

*Frequent travel including international travel

Experience required:

*Degree in field

*Track record and experience in project management

*Outstanding client facing and internal communications expertise

*Industry recognised certification

*Driving license preferred for customer travel

*Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry Or VOIP
