They have various local IT Departments based in their international sites but are looking to make their Yate site, their global IT Office.In this role you will provide 3rd Line support to various UK based and Internationally based employees. You will liaise with 3rd Part Suppliers to overcome challenges that cannot be handled in-house, and assist the more junior members of the team with guidance when required. You will work Monday to Friday, 9-5. Lunch is also provided, free of charge. You will mostly work with: Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune and VoIP systems.The ideal candidate will have a experience within a 2nd or 3rd line support. *3rd Line Support

*Assisting Junior and Apprentice level staff with 1st and 2nd line support

*Working on: Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Intune, VoIP systems

*Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmThe Person:

*Experienced 2nd/3rd Support

*Commutable to Yate daily
