My client is a government-backed programme established in 2011 to help build a more cohesive, mobile and engaged society. They are a independent, not-for-profit organisation that works alongside 100+ youth organisations and councils to assist young people with the opportunity to build relationships with people from different social backgrounds.
Due to project growth they are looking for a Data Analyst to be based within there key London office.
Situated within my clients Central Data and Analytics (CD&A) team, the Data Operations Analyst will:
-Support the Data Operation Specialist in designing and implementing data projects
-Help design, implement and test the extraction, transformation and load (ETL) of any data into the Next Generation platform, e.g. when migrating data from legacy systems
-Build and test data flows between the core Salesforce platform and the Einstein Analytics BI tool
-Support the build of any other data integrations between the IT system
-Create and maintain source-to-target mappings for any data integrations developed
Person Specification
Experience
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role, e.g. database administrator, ETL developer or data engineer (essential)
-Experience manipulating large data sets using enterprise applications (e.g. using DB queries, from operational reporting systems, using ETL tools) (essential)
-Experience in profiling data to identify approaches to data integration design (essential)
-Proven track-record of delivery of data assets incl. build, testing and documentation (essential)
-Understanding of data modelling and data architecture (desirable)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (desirable)
