Key ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Head of Technology you will manage a team of highly motivated and skilled software testers across the squads within the Data Partners TribeFrom the company vision and strategic goals, you will derive the overall test approach for the TribeUndertake line management of test specialists within the TribeManage the scope of testing within the Tribe and govern the testing carried out by our third partiesBuild and maintain strong working relationship with our third parties, specifically within the testing professionDrive the test strategy, automation, manual and non-functional across Data PartnersGuide learning and development to ensure that the team have the skills to deliver effectivelyEnsure continuous improvement of testing practicesManage the budget for testing activities to ensure expenditure is targeted most effectively Key Skills RequiredTest Management experience/skillsData Management skills and expertiseWeb and Mobile technologies (IOS, Android) Suitable candidates should submit their CV In the first instance.
