Spring technology are currently recruiting for an experience Information security analyst to join one of our clients, an reputable international brand to join their ISG group on an initial 3 month contract with possibility to extend.

Day to day responsibilities:

*Participate in liaising with 3rd party suppliers and IT commercial interactions and enforcing suppliers are co-operating with the current security posture

*Provide training, support and guidance to other members within the business

*Ensuring that risk & incident responses are managed effectively, in line with current process in place and reported to the wider organisation

*Enforce the internal and external IT audit actions that involve the Information Security Group are reported and managed within given timescales

*Collate and validate information security metrics to ensure accuracy of data and report to the wider ISG

*Acting as an Information Security Ambassador. You will be engaging with the wider business to ensure that the ISG has a knowledgeable point of contact to discuss all topics of Information security.

*Investigate information security incidents or potential threats and gather information where required to make recommendations to the wider ISG on the next action

Requirements:

*Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

*Problem solving skills, organised and high attention to detail

*Strong passion for Information Security

*Excellent auditing skills and experience

*Strong experience in large scale enterprise

*Experience within large enterprise organisations, ideally within retail or finance

*Strong knowledge of Cobit 5, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS

*Technical understanding of enterprise IT, server/desktop hardware, operating systems, infrastructure, mobile devices, wireless technologies and application architecture

*Strong influencer

*Strong interpersonal skills

*Supplier management experience and conducting Information security Audits

*Strong understanding of GDPR

Preferable:

*CISA Qualifcation or similar

*CRISC Qualified or similar

*3 years+ Previous experience in a similar position
