Progressive IT are currently on the lookout for a Lead CRM Developer to join our client in the Superannuation Industry. This is an exciting role responsible for leading the development of the company's CRM and .Net web applications (including APIs).Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):Responsible for the deployment and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET web applications (including APIs) in line with the company's strategy.Define and implement development and support standards.Investigate problems in systems, processes and services.Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.Maintain application support processes, and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.Use application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.Access, analyse, develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change and more…Essential requirements:Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 developmentSenior experience in C#, HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3Senior experience in Microsoft Azure and Web Services developmentSenior experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and ConfigurationOutstanding problem solving, problem management and analytical skillsStrong communication skills to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with business, technical and supplier personnelProven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectationsAbility to teach and impart knowledge coherently and effectivelyKnowledge of Solution Delivery Lifecycle methodologies including Agile delivery methodologiesPrevious experience with Release Coordination and quality assurance processesDesirable experience:Experience leading teams of developers in a CRM contextDemonstrated experience in Visual Studio, .NET framework knowledge and web servicesDemonstrated experience in developing ASP .NET MVC Web applicationsKnowledge of IIS and Windows ServerSolid knowledge on Azure PaaS and FaaS technologiesGood knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment platformsKnowledge of Test Driven DevelopmentSolid knowledge on Application/Technical architecture & patternsDemonstrated experience with Atlassian JIRA and confluenceDemonstrated support experience with complex events processing and high throughput of transaction processing is highly desirableITIL Foundation certificateIf this sounds to be of interest, please apply today to be considered and a consultant from Progressive IT will be in contact to discuss the role in more detail.
