Business Analyst - Walsall - £350 to £400 per day - 3 month contract - Inside IR35I am working with a Walsall based organisation who are looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a contract basis as part of a wider transformation programme of work that will see the business go through substantial system change and business process change.The purpose of this role will be to consult with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels to identify existing business processes and understand end user requirements for a new single self-service system to ensure that the business understands user issues and can roll out the new system effectively.We are looking for a Business Analyst who can highlight potential business issues at ground level and communicate these back to senior stakeholders so that those risks can be mitigated to ensure smooth business change.This role would suit a personal BA who can engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful service delivery and help the organization to communicate the change effectively to an engaged workforce.It would be beneficial if you have a knowledge or experience of the ADKAR model/methodology.If you have worked as a Business Analyst on Business Change and System Change projects and can help to highlight the change that will be needed for a successful programme please apply to Robbie McNish using the links provided.
