Systems Owner - Business Systems Manager (Sitecore). My client based in London are looking to recruit a candidate who has experience working with Sitecore. You will provide maintenance, support and product knowledge for all Sitecore users within the business.Purpose:You will support the Sitecore platform. This will include improvement of processes, adoption of the Sitecore platform, acting as the in-house Sitecore specialist, supporting internal users. Duties:To take ownership, oversee and lead on Sitecore supportWork closely with the 3rd party Sitecore support partner, including logging and monitoring support requests for content editor issue resolutions, supporting new requestsManage the IT & Digital Sitecore support queueAct as the Sitecore SME on projectsPreparing Sitecore change requests (when required) and analyse technical and business impactLiaise on product vendor issues/escalations.Perform primary application testing to minimize number of Sitecore bugs, facilitating user testing and user acceptanceCollaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts and End Users in identifying possible Sitecore enhancements and in identifying bugs.Understanding business requirements and designing appropriate Sitecore solutions Experience sought:Experience of Sitecore, project development and business-as-usual support experienceWorking with 3rd party suppliers to coordinate resolution of support requests and issues.Coaching and supporting other business users You will be entitled to a generous benefits package that includes flexitime, a great pension and other generous add ons!
