As part of this expansion, we are seeking a high stature Financial Analyst Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination of RSA Global review, communication of group wide timelines, requirements and deliverables ensuring timely completion of bank wide revenue share agreements.Maintenance of group wide RSA governance framework and supporting materialClose collaboration with key stakeholders required (divisional finance, Legal, Tax, Legal Entity), to ensure a common understanding of requirements and support the timely delivery and completion of agreements.Enhancement and implementation of Group Finance RSA controlsManagement of RSA intranet site and SharePoint as well as other internal communicationsIncorporation and change management of regulatory changes e.g. MIFID requirements within the existing process Development of Bank wide RSA PolicyDesign and development of Global Collaboration reporting including granularity of data and end product design with financial overview and informative analytics. Essentials SkillsMinimum 4 years' relevant professional experience in Financial ServicesA Finance qualification such as Chartered Accountant, CIMA, CPA, MBA or MA and/or university degree or equivalent requiredFluent in EnglishIT literacy e.g. MS Office skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and the will to work intensely towards challenging goals with persistenceProven ability at building up trusting, long-term relationships with stakeholders, and of identification and support of stakeholders needs and expectations Desired Skills and QualificationsGerman is an advantageProven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsStrong team playerKnowledge of the following tools: VBA Macros and SharePoint would be helpfulMichael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
