Because of the success of their product, they are looking to take on a new Controls Engineer to implement electrical standards and improve the processes of their site.In this role you will be based in the factory on the company's Blackpool site. You will be analysing and improving their manufacturing processes and machinery to streamline production while maintaining a high quality standard. You will also be working to implement new electrical standards on-site and providing supporting electrical expertise to their maintenance and production teams.This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with a company that is seeing strong, consistent growth; ideal for a Controls Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment, who can demonstrate experience implementing Process Improvement techniques.The Role* Controls Engineer (Electrical)

* Analysing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for performance improvement

* Root cause analysis of failings

* Designing new processes and machinery components to improve production

* Providing expertise to the Maintenance and Production teams

* £50,000-£54,000 + Progression + Bonus + Medical + 37 Days HolidayThe Person

* Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

* 18th Edition qualified skilled

* Understanding of Electrical Schematics and Control/Instrument systems

* Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering
