Project Manager - Law enforcement - London or Warrington - 12 months + SC cleared

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced project manager to join a Law Enforcement organisation working out in either London or Warrington and Create and lead the project and be responsible for the Day-to-day management and leadership of the project and any project team members. Set project controls. Design the project structure appropriate to the stage. Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies.

Essential;

*PRINCE2 Practitioner.

*Agile Project Management Practitioner.

*APM Project Management Qualification.

*APM Practitioner Qualification.

Essential;

*Good understanding of project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including: requirements management, planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost management, risk and issue management, quality management, governance, frameworks and methodologies, stakeholder engagement, assurance, change control and benefits management.

*Understanding of other project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including: commercial and procurement, solutions development, business change and implementation, business case development, asset allocation and knowledge management.

*Experience in both traditional Project Management Methods and AGILE methodologies.

*Proven experience within Digital Change / Transformation Projects.

*Proven experience within delivering applications from initiation to project close.

*Proven track record of managing a medium or small complexity project or working as a member of a large or medium complexity project team.

SC enhanced clearance will be required in order to start in this position
