£28,000 to £30,000 + Training & Development (support to gain qualifications) + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with experience working for an MSP to join a stable, growing company as a part of a great team environment, in an interesting and highly varied role.Through steady growth and increase in contracts this Managed Service Provider are now looking for a 3rd Line Support Technician with a strong IT support background to join their busy team. They have a great reputation for developing their staff and supporting them with training and certifications on things like new technologies, Azure and Microsoft qualifications.In this varied role you will be working on the IT Service Desk while being responsible for broad IT support across a variety of software and infrastructure systems including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Virtualisation, IT Networks and Server Administration and Desktop Applications / Desktop Support.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a MSP in a 3rd line support role. This role would suit a 3rd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst / Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer, who has a strong Service Desk support background to a 3rd line support level.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with growing contracts where they will develop you and invest in you with training and support gaining qualifications while you work in a highly varied and interesting day to day role.The Role:

*Site based, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week, 8.30am to 5pm

*Managing issues raised from 1st line and 2nd line support

*IT Service Desk offering IT support to a range of established customers

*Part of a busy team in a great working environment

*Near Ringwood, commutable from Verwood, Fordingbridge, Ferndown, Wimborne, Broadstone, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Downton, Blandford Forum,The Person:

*Experience in a 2nd line support or 3rd line support role

*Strong IT support experience from a service desk or helpdesk background

*Strong, broad background across Windows Server, Networking & Cloud Services

*Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
