One of our fantastic Glasgow based clients is looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join their team. The Service Manager will oversee the roll-out and long-term delivery of a variety of technical solutions within the ICT services and will also be working closely with other teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience as an IT Service Manager and should have:Level 3 Service Management Framework Qualification and knowledge of ITILStakeholder Management SkillsStrong Technical BackgroundStrong Service Reporting SkillsIT related business analysis skills: able to use data to visualise, articulate and solve problems.
