Fully FCA authorised, our client is a brand new, strongly backed financial start-up providing unsecured loans to UK customers. Now actively trading, they are looking for a Financial Analyst to join them and support their decision-making activities.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career working alongside two very experienced Directors and to play a significant role in the strategic direction of the Business.
Your Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial accounting of the business as well as supporting the Directors with key business and financial analysis and reporting.
In this key role, you will:
- Extract FI
- Produce monthly management accounts and reconciliations (cash-flow etc)
- Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as required by the business
- Provide key input in the production of annual accounts
About You
To be considered as a Financial Analyst, you will need:
- A background in accounting, reporting and/or internal audit
- Experience of affecting decision-making within operational and/or commercial divisions
- An AAT qualification or be qualified by experience
- SQL reporting skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- An analytical mindset and the ability to effectively business partner outside of the finance function
